Seeds of change for Campsie...
Established in 1971, Campsie started life in Windsor. Over the years Campsie have opened new offices in West Drayton, Slough and Staines. In 2005 Campsie became a division of Orchard & Shipman Plc and now employ over 170 people with additional offices in Uxbridge, Southwark and Edinburgh.
Campsie are a leading supplier of property related services in the Residential and Commercial market. These services include Residential and Commercial Sales and Lettings, Financial Services, Land, New Homes, Conveyancing, & Home Information Packs.
With the challenging property climate, we were commissioned to develop a look and feel for a new range of marketing communications and sales tools to help differentiate Campsie in a highly competitive market.
We initiated this process with a series of mood boards and workshops, to try to enagage the target audience. Once we had a clearer picture of the challenge we set about visualising a more emotive look and feel for the brand, something that was going to immediately set Campsie apart from its competitors.
This was achieved by a softer approach to their sales technique, combined with tactile imagery and a more balanced tone of voice. The final deliverable has been very well recieved and has had a direct impact on increased customer awareness and in turn has driven sales above Campsie’s expected targets.
