Brief

As part of Citybase's rebrand, Wildfire was also asked to redesign the existing website. This needed to represent both the leisure and corporate sides of Citybase's brand, which required a balance in colour usage and styling that would not alienate either customer type. It was essential that the site offered a clear route to booking and clarified the service on offer, whilst still being visually consistent within the new brand. We were also asked to put together digital brand guidelines for the developers to follow.

Research & Analysis

A large part of Wildfire's initial research into Citybase's position in the market was our analysis of competitors' websites. This research was essential to our approach towards the website's redesign, as we had a clear idea of what was needed.

Creative

Wildfire created a design that was on-brand but sat comfortably between the leisure and corporate sides of Citybase's business. We carefully considered the user experience when structuring the site, creating a clear, well thought out design that delivers substance as well as style.
