Brief
Property Management company Orchard & Shipman asked Wildfire
to develop a creative campaign to promote Private Sector Leasings
to landlords. It was intended to educate landlords on PSL's many
advantages and therefore to improve the perception of it within the
industry. The campaign needed to stand out against their
competitors in industry publications and work across a range of
media.
Creative
The chosen creative campaign used PSL's initial letters to
clearly communicate its basic benefits with bold typography and
colours. The secondary message changed with each design to focus on
different advantages of the offering, and was backed up by related
background imagery in a consistent style across the campaign. The
end result was a campaign that clearly highlighted PSL's benefits,
whilst providing an interesting and strong visual message that
stood out within the industry.
