Brief
Wildgoose were a start-up company when they approached Wildfire
to help develop their website, which sold treasure hunt packages.
Not only did this require the structuring and designing of a
complex product offering, but the Wildgoose brand itself needed to
be created and integrated into the site.
The challenge was to create a site that offered a well though
out user experience to guide the customer through the complex
combinations of products and locations, whilst still retaining a
sense of fun and adventure that goes hand-in-hand with the
product.
Creative
Wildfire has worked with Wildgoose right from the beginning and
together we have established a great working relationship.
Wildgoose have a passion for treasure-hunting that soon rubbed off
on us, so we wanted to create a site that reflected the sense of
fun and adventure that's an inherent feature of their product.
The hillside banner and 'great outdoors' colour palette sets the
adventurous tone of the site and becomes a key feature of the
brand, whilst the integration of customers' 'mid-hunt' photos
really engages the viewer in the hunt experience. We created a site
full of character, which showed that designing for a corporate
market doesn't have to result in mean shades of blue and cheesy
stock imagery.
