User experience or UX is the practice of applying user centred
design techniques to create a unique and enjoyable journey for your
website.
As websites become more and more interactive the importance of
user experience becomes even greater. User experience is the
process of fully understanding your customers and reducing the
friction and obstacles that can prevent a visitor using your
services or buying your products.
Our User Experience Program
- Objectives - At the top end of the project we
need to identify clear objectives. This allows us to fully
understand the desired outcomes and gives a foundation for the
project.
- Audience - Identifying your core audience is
important. We can help you, through discussions and research and
identify your target audience.
- User processes - We will define the core user
processes and functional requirements to ensure we meet the
objectives outlined at the top end of the project.
- Information Architecture - we ensure that your
site is correctly structured and content is easy to navigate. This
will also encompass the user processes identified earlier in the
process.
- Layout Design - Before we put the aesthetics
to your design we will ensure the layout of core features and
content is given the correct level of priority.
- Aesthetic Design - It is important to follow
up the core user experience work undertaken with a front end design
that compliments and completes it. Once complete you will have a
intuitive, accessible and beautiful website.
